The Biogen Hospitality Suite at EAN 2025 is located in Hesburger/Upper Gallery Hall 5 at the Congress Venue Messukeskus

The Biogen Hospitality Suite is exclusively dedicated for Biogen and business partners to meet KMEs. The Biogen Hospitality Suite is not intended for internal meetings.

During these hours, the Biogen Hospitality Suite is open for 45 minute meetings at following dates

Saturday, 21 June

08:00 – 19:00

Sunday, 22 June

08:00 – 19:00

Monday, 23 June

08:00 – 19:00

Tuesday, 24 June

08:00 – 15:00

Important Information

  • The booking calendar is displayed in Eastern European Time (EET)
  • All requests must be submitted by Biogen and business partner accounts.
  • External sharing of this link outside of Biogen is not permitted.
  • Bookings of consecutive meetings are not allowed.
  • The allocation of space will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Meeting room allocations may change, so please contact the Reception Desk upon arrival to confirm.
  • The only catering offered in the Biogen Hospitality Suite is tea, coffee and water.
